TERMS AND CONDITIONS–GET LUCKY WITH SOLAR PROMOTION
By participating in the “Get Luck with Solar Promotion” (the “Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to the general public but not limited to current customers of Suntuity who refer new potential customers.
Participants are required to have a valid email address in order to receive claim instructions for this reward. Note that reward claims may expire after 6 months. By participating in this promotion, the reward recipient is agreeing to email, phone, and text marketing outreach.
Communication Consent:
To be eligible, the Referring Customer or Individual must obtain the consent of their friends or family members (the “Referred Prospects”) before adding them to the promotion.
As part of the Promotion, both parties are consenting to receive outreach communication (email, calls etc) providing offers and other specials from Suntuity or from third parties (collectively “Promotions”).
The Promotions may expire and are subject to change without notice. Suntuity has no control over its legality or the ability of any third party to conduct or honor a Promotion (including the sale in accordance with the offer).
Referral Requirements:
For the referring individual to be eligible for the promotion, the referred must be a homeowner and new potential customer for Suntuity, who has never signed up for a Suntuity service before.
If this requirement is met, the submission will go into a raffle for the chance to win the $1,000 promo.
In order for the referring individual to qualify for an additional referral bonus, the referred must:
A referral incentive of $1,000 will be made to the referring individual once this criteria is met.
Promotional Period:
The Promotional Period shall run from March 1, 2023 to April 3, 2023, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on April 3, 2023.
Drawing Period: April 10, 2023 – April 24,2023
Referral Raffle Prize: If the Referring individuals submission is chosen in the raffle the individual shall receive the monetary prize of $1,000 under the “Get Lucky with Solar Promo.”
(“Referral Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Suntuity in its sole discretion, most likely a gift card.
Additional referral bonus shall be payable 6-8 weeks (i) after installation has completed on both the Referred home and (ii) after confirmation that both the Referrer and Referee’s Suntuity accounts are in good standing as defined in the Suntuity Customer Agreement.
Note that reward claims may expire after 6 months.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the states in which we service without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Promotion Terms:
Suntuity reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. The Referring Customer and the Referred Customer are responsible for understanding the Promotion terms and conditions and complying with them.
Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Privacy Policy:
All information provided as part of the Promotion will be subject to Suntuity’s privacy policy. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the terms of the privacy policy.
By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
